HACCP Certified

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification is an international standards defining the requirements of effective control of food safety. HACCP is based on seven principles:

  1. Analyze hazards

  2. Determine Critical Control Points (CCPs)

  3. Establish critical limits

  4. Establish monitoring procedures

  5. Establish deviation procedures

  6. Establish verification procedures

  7. Establish record keeping procedures

Our auditors have taken HACCP training through the Guelph Food and Technology Center and are HACCP Auditor certified through ASQ.


PAACO Certified

Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization is an organization of eight professional animal organizations with extensive expertise on best management practices and current science in animal agriculture. PAACO’s mission is to promote animal welfare through auditor training and audit certification.

Our auditors are certified through PAACO in both on-farm swine welfare and meat plant welfare. The on-farm Swine Welfare Auditor Course was developed using the National Pork Board (NPB) Common Swine Industry Audit (CSIA)


CPC CQA and CPE Validator Certified

Canadian Pork Excellence (CPE) is the updated national program through the Canadian Pork Council that covers traceability, food safety, and animal care. Our staff are certified to conduct validations on site.
